(www.at-track.com) plans to change its name to Minorplanet Systems USA Inc. to reflect its concentration on the development and marketing of the Minorplanet Vehicle Management Information (VMI) system. The move follows @Track’s decisions to divest the HighwayMaster in-cab system, the TrackWare trailer tracking system and the 20/20V GPS asset tracking system.

Express automatically and constantly downloads available loads from Webhauler.Com directly into dispatch so customers can load their trucks with more than 10,000 loads posted to Webhauler.Com each day, PCS says.

Asset Based Intermodal, Dallas, is the first Profit Tools customer to implement this feature.
