A federal bankruptcy court in Florida last month confirmed the reorganization plan of Terion (www.terion.com), the Melbourne, Fla.-based supplier of trailer monitoring systems. The company expected to emerge from bankruptcy on Aug. 30.
“We are pleased to exit bankruptcy in such an expedited time frame,” said Terion President Ken Cranston. “Terion’s emergence validates the importance and demand for our FleetView product in the transportation industry.”
