Fleetilla, a provider of fleet tracking and communications solutions, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Aeris.net, a wireless connectivity services provider for telemetry and telematics messaging. Fleetilla will deploy its services throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada and much of South America on Aeris’ MicroBurst network. The Aeris.net network covers nearly 100 percent of the U.S. population and 100 percent of the populations of Canada and Mexico. The MicroBurst technology operates completely within current established cellular networks, piggybacking on unused channels requiring no significant capital outlays or system upgrades.
