Con-Way Transportation Services said that all seven of its operating units in North America have achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. The certifications apply to the company’s less-than-truckload, emergency/expedite shipping, logistics and warehousing, air freight forwarding, truckload brokerage, and intermodal service operations. ISO 9001 certification was awarded for operational compliance with processes and procedures expected from quality companies. ISO 14001 certification was awarded for compliance with leading processes and procedures to protect the environment.
