Heavy-duty brake consulting firm, Radlinski & Associates (RAI) is celebrating its 10th anniversary. RAI is headed by Dick Radlinski, former chief of the Vehicle Stability & Control Div. of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and longtime friend and advisor to CCJ.
RAI specializes in track testing to help manufacturers comply with federal brake safety standards. In addition, test equipment developed by RAI is now used in most truck and bus manufacturing plants for quality control and design verifications. Recently, the company began installing brake testers in transit bus maintenance facilities in major U.S. cities.
RAI also conducts brake system training and provides expert witness services for accidents involving heavy trucks.
An active member of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, RAI has a customer base that includes truck, bus and motorhome manufacturers, brake suppliers, government agencies and industry organizations, including the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Truck Manufacturer’s Association.
