Freightliner Trucks’ Business Class M2 V model line now will have the option of a one-piece, heavier-duty bumper. The 1/4-inch-thick, solid steel bumper is available in chrome or can be painted.
Hood access hatches also can be optioned. The hatches ease pre-trip inspections and general maintenance stops.
An air-intake pre-cleaner also is offered. The cleaner is an inertial dust filter designed to extend the life of the primary air filter.
M2 V models also can be specified with a front-engine power take-off provision without the standard frame rail extensions.
