Goodyear North American Tire will increase the price of its Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly commercial tire lines by up to 6 percent May 15.
The cost increase is blamed on the rising cost of raw materials, higher energy charges and growing transportation costs.
The last commercial tire price increase was Feb. 15.
