From Friday, Aug. 12 at 8 a.m. until Monday, Aug. 15 at 5 a.m., only one lane will be open on Interstate 95 South near the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Washington, D.C.
There also will be multiple ramp closures and detours in the area.
