Regional carrier USF Reddaway reportedly has chosen Salt Lake City’s Ninigret Park West for a new trucking terminal that will create 250 new jobs.

The company — which runs trucks in nine Western states, as well as Canada and Mexico — plans to build the 110-door loading dock complex on a 28-acre site, according to the Salt Lake Tribune. Construction already has begun on the project; completion is expected by September 2006.

Once the new terminal is finished, USF Reddaway will move its current staff of 90 from its current Salt Lake City facilities, the Tribune reported.
