Getty Petroleum Marketing has executed a five-year contract extension with Wright Express, a provider of payment processing and information management services to the U.S. commercial and government fleet industry.

Wright Express has administered and offered a proprietary branded fleet card for Getty since 1986. Getty currently markets fuel under both the Getty and LUKOIL brands at about 1,300 Getty-branded sites and at many LUKOIL-branded locations. Getty’s new business agreement with Wright launches several LUKOIL-branded charge cards: the LUKOIL Fleet and LUKOIL Business cards, along with a new cobranded affinity card, the LUKOIL/ Wright Express Universal card. These cards extend volume discounts to all current and future Getty/LUKOIL fleet customers, along with an expanding network of locations.

“We are delighted that Getty chose to renew its private label contract and launch its LUKOIL branded card with us,” said Michael E. Dubyak, president and CEO of Wright Express. “Our strength in portfolio management and product differentiation is measured in part by the depth and durability of our strategic relationships.”
