Producers Oilfield Services has announced that it has acquired the ongoing business and assets of Raydan Transport and NWP Trucking Corp., both based in Alberta, Canada. The transactions resulted in Producers acquiring all of the assets of Raydan and all of the shares of NWP. Terms were not announced.
Raydan is a private company based in Nisku, with operations out of Brooks. NWP is a private company with operations in Blackfalds, Provost and Coronation. Both companies provide general oilfield trucking and pipe storage management and hauling to the oil and gas industry in central and southern Alberta.
The services provided by Raydan and NWP complement the services provided by Calgary-based Producers through its Withers group of companies, the company says, and Producers anticipates that it will capitalize on those synergies.
