The Truckload Carriers Association and MultiMedia Advertising are hosting the Recharge and Reconnect Recruiting and Retention Conference 2006, scheduled for Jan. 11-12 at the Renaissance Hotel, Nashville, Tenn. Topics include:

New places for finding new drivers;

Creating an image to attact drivers;

Achieving the right blend of advertising;

Using technology to streamline and improve recruiting productivity;

Attracting a new pool of drivers;

Recruiting from the minority work force; and

How to hire military veterans.
