Power2Ship, a third-party logistics company, announced it has formed a strategic partnership with BestTransport, a provider of network solutions for matching the needs of shippers and carriers.
“Power2Ship welcomes the opportunity to partner with BestTransport,” says Michael Darden, president of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Power2Ship. “The integrated solution will expand the supply chain management offering to our joint customer base.”
Darden says the goal of the partnership is to cross-market each other’s complementary logistics services to current and prospective clients.
“This partnership extends our shippers’ access to truck capacity and increases access to our shipper community for Power2Ship’s member carriers,” says Mark Shary, president and chief executive officer of Columbus, Ohio-based BestTransport.
