Resolve Staffing, a Cincinnati-based provider of outsourced human resource services, has completed the acquisition of Drivers Plus, a truck driver staffing firm located in St. Louis. Terms were not announced.
Drivers Plus is Resolve Staffing’s first location in Missouri and will further strengthen the company’s presence in the truck driver staffing niche, says Ron Heineman, Resolve Staffing’s president and chief executive officer.
“This announcement is indicative of Resolve’s commitment to grow our business,” Heineman says. “Resolve continues to implement its growth objectives as it gains greater recognition in the staffing industry. This acquisition provides Resolve with a new location in a key strategic market.”
