B.R. Williams Trucking has purchased a 567,685-square-foot building in the Anniston Industrial Park in Anniston, Ala. The sale price was $5.5 million, according to Binswanger, a real estate firm that represented the seller, Werner Co.
The one-story building on the 44-acre site features 9,578 square feet of air-conditioned office space, 58 tailgate dock doors, nine drive-in doors, five 5-ton bridge cranes and two 2 1/2-ton bridge cranes.
B.R. Williams, based in Oxford, Ala., provides same-day and next-day delivery, contract packaging, sorting and segregating, and inventory control. Werner is a manufacturer of ladders, planks, scaffolding, specialty ladders, stages and ladder accessories.
