Through April 30, customers who buy two gallons of BP Lubricants’ Castrol Tection Extra 15W-40 diesel engine oil at any of the 170 Flying J locations nationwide will get one free. The promotion kicks off Catrol Tection Extra’s expansion into Flying J channels.
Starting May 1, Castrol also will expand into 267 Pilot Travel Centers nationwide, and the “buy two gallons, get one free” promotion also will be offered at these locations.
BP Lubricants introduced Castrol Tection Extra into retail, mass, truck stop, heavy-duty parts and auto parts channels in January 2005. The diesel engine oil is available in SAE 15W-40 grade where API CI-4 Plus, CI-4, CH-4, CG-4 and CF-4/SL is recommended for stay-in-grade requirements. It is approved for use in all major large diesel engines, including Mack, Volvo, Cummins, Caterpillar and Detroit Diesel.
