Interstate 395 North, near Springfield, Va., will be closed to through traffic from 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11 to 10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 12; and again from 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12 to 5 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13.
Traffic will be detoured onto I-95 North bridge, to I-495 East/I-95 North, the Beltway’s Outer Loop, off Exit 174, Eisenhower Avenue, then will go back onto I-495 West, the Beltway’s Inner Loop, to I-395 North, or straight ahead to Tysons Corner.
Two left lanes on I-395 South will be closed to traffic south of Edsall Road during the aforementioned times. Motorists should use I-395 South, Exit 1B, to connect back to I-95 South.
Drivers are warned to expect delays lasting as long as 45 minutes, especially before midnight.
