Cadec Global LLC, a new private-equity backed company, announced it has completed the acquisition of Cadec Corp., a provider of mobile information systems for the transportation industry. Cadec Global says it will leverage the existing Cadec Corp. business to provide customers with a comprehensive suite of products in the fleet management industry, forming a new stronger, market leader.
