The Highway Watch program’s Highway ISAC today, April 27 issued an Amber Alert calling on Highway Watch members to assist authorities in locating a 2-year-old girl from Smyrna, Tenn., who has been missing since Sunday evening, April 23. Bill Jacobs, vice president of Highway Watch, said it is believed that the girl’s abductor is trying to smuggle her out of the country.

The abducted girl is Analyce Guerra. She was born on Dec. 21, 2003, and is white/Hispanic. She is 3 feet tall, weighs 35 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Analyce was last seen at her home in Smyrna wearing a blue-jean dress with sunflowers on it. The child was discovered missing early Monday morning, April 24.

Investigative information suggests the possibility the abductor may have fled or may be attempting to flee the United States with the child en route to Guatemala. The abductor may be a family member or a third party that took the child for the family. The third party may be MS-13 gang-related.

Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of Analyce or her possible abductors is encouraged to call the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 800-824-3463 or the Highway Watch ISAC at 866-821-3444.
