P.A.M. Transportation Services has reported a 78.5 percent increase in net income for the first quarter of 2006. The Tontitown, Ark.-based trucking company said profits reached $5.2 million during the quarter.
Operating revenues, excluding fuel surcharges, were $90.8 million during the quarter, up 13.4 percent from the year-ago period.
