The National Industrial Transportation League and F.C. Stone will offer the first in a series of “Fuel Surcharge Management” seminars June 21 in Chicago. The all-day executive seminar will offer strategies and financial instruments for “managing the volatility of fuel surcharges,” according to Stone, a commodity management company.
The sessions are designed for senior executives, logistics and shipping managers and key accounting personnel. The remaining seminar dates are July 13 and Aug. 24. All sessions will take place at the Board of Trade Building. NITL company members can attend for $450, a $200 savings over the standard fee.
