GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services announced it has been awarded the Blue Seal of Excellence from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence for the seventh year. Fleet Services says it holds ASE certification in all areas of maintenance for cars and trucks, providing customers with best-in-class customer service founded on advisers’ technical expertise and years of industry experience in meeting customer needs and maintaining their fleets.
ASE, the industry-leading certification program for automotive professionals, awards the Blue Seal of Excellence to businesses that maintain a staff certification level of at least 75 percent and at least one ASE-certified professional in each area of service offered. Technical advisers for Eden Prairie, Minn.-based GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services have met the stringent requirements of certification, passing tough industry-developed exams and meeting experience requirements, according to the company.
Certified professionals are technical advisers who have passed one or more of ASE’s 40-plus exams and have provided proof of two years of relevant work experience. To maintain ASE certification, advisers must be retested every five years.
