Roger Staubach to kick off 2006 Fleet Forum at GATS

Football great and Texas businessman Roger Staubach will kick off the 2006 Fleet Forum at the Great American Trucking Show by discussing his core belief that teamwork is central to business as well as sports. Staubach, a former Heisman Trophy winner and Pro Football Hall of Famer, led the Dallas Cowboys to two Super Bowl victories, and he also is CEO of a successful real estate development company.

The 2006 Fleet Forum, presented by GATS, the Texas Motor Transportation Association and Commercial Carrier Journal, is part of the 8th annual GATS, to be held Aug. 24-26 at the Dallas Convention Center.

Last year’s Fleet Forum was attended by more than 200 chief executive officers, fleet managers, safety directors and operations managers from companies as varied as Schneider National, Dart Transit, Men’s Wearhouse, Fikes Truck Lines, Blue Bell Creameries, Diamond Transportation and many others.
