Sloan Transportation Products has introduced new packaging along with a take-one brochure for its QuickFix product, which the company describes as a simple and inexpensive field repair kit that restores broken air lines in just five simple steps. The product is designed to help fleets and owner-operators reduce expensive downtime and costly service calls.

Sloan says Quick-Fix, designed to repair damaged 3/8-inch rubber air brake lines, is DOT-approved and available with 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch male fittings and comes with pre-applied thread sealant. Each package repairs two broken air lines and includes an installation wrench and instructions. The product stores in the glove box or console and is available at truck stops and heavy-duty distributors in a Quick-Fix display rack that holds 12 redesigned Quick-Fix packages.

Quick-Fix is part of Sloan’s MaxxDuty with WeatherGuard Technology line of products that are designed to help keep trucks moving, no matter what the conditions. For more information, contact your Sloan distributor, call (800) 336-7778, email [email protected] or go to www.sloantrans.com.
