J. J. Keller receives 3 APEX Awards

J.J. Keller & Associates recently received three Awards for Publication Excellence (APEX) for its Transport Safety Pro Manual (category: Education, Training & Public Information Brochures, Manuals & Reports); its Workplace Safety Pro Manual (category: Employee & Customer Relations Materials); and its corporate website, www.jjkeller.com (category: websites).

The 18th annual APEX awards program, sponsored by Communication Concepts, recognizes excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence. This year’s competition included close to 5,000 entries, according to Neenah, Wis.-based J.J. Keller.

  • J.J. Keller’s 940-page Transport Safety Pro Manual is designed to provide how-to-comply information for DOT regulations. The manual also includes strategies for reducing accidents, cargo claims and lost-time injuries; training information; driver recruiting techniques; how-to guidance for developing a driver recognition program; case studies; best practices; and reference materials.

  • The 500-page Workplace Safety Pro Manual; Your A to Z Guide to a Complete Safety Program acts as a step-by-step safety compliance program with in-depth how-to-comply information for OSHA regulations, along with management initiatives and information for a range of safety issues – regulatory and nonregulatory – that impact employees and operations.

  • J.J. Keller’s corporate website features single-click access to a variety of information, including critical business issues; the company’s product catalog; details about service offerings; product samples and software demos; free whitepapers, news and information; special reports; and reference materials such as final regulations, proposed rules and more.
