Phillips Industries says its newly designed coiled air grips provide strong leverage for coupling and uncoupling gladhands. The grips help extend the life of air coils by providing an alternative “handle” to release the gladhand, according to the company.
The new coiled air grips, made from a one-piece body of solid aluminum, are designed to be corrosion-resistant and easy to install. The coiled air grips, part number 12-600, are sold in pairs — anodized red and blue. For more information, go to www.phillipsind.com.
