Kenworth says the next evolution in its customer loyalty program has arrived – the Kenworth Privileges Card, available to fleets and owner-operators at participating Kenworth dealerships in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The savings program is designed to put customers in control of a variety of parts and service discounts, many of which offer multiple or unlimited redemptions.

The card, which Kenworth says is an industry first, features dozens of discounts from more than 30 quality brand names, as well as Web-based access to profile information, program updates and more. The result is a cost-effective way to not only reduce costs, but also track purchases and savings, according to the truckmaker.

Owner-operators, fleets, repair shops – businesses of all sorts and sizes – can benefit from the card’s selection of discounts, Kenworth says; and since each card is managed through the Web, account information is always just a few clicks away. Customer service also is available, either over the phone or via e-mail.

Customers can purchase the cards at any participating Kenworth dealer for a suggested retail price of $9.95. The cards can be registered at the dealer or online at www.kenworthprivileges.com, a website that provides customers access to their account information, including offers used and still available.

When registering for the program, customers have the option to provide an e-mail address, which Kenworth says not only unlocks a selection of bonus offers but also allows for efficient communication of program updates and special promotions.
