At their recent annual conventions, the Nebraska, South Dakota and Iowa state trucking associations each recognized Con-way Freight’s safety record by presenting the company with a Great West Fleet Safety Award:
“These awards, and other safety recognitions we receive regularly, demonstrate how serious Con-way personnel are about safety when driving, and how well they adhere to our very demanding safety procedures on the dock when physically moving freight,” says David McClimon, president of Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Con-way Freight. “A superior safety record is good for Con-way, our customers and the motoring public.”
