Petro opens first facility in Washington state

Petro Stopping Centers has opened a new travel plaza in Spokane, Wash., on Interstate 90 at Exit 272. The truck stop is the company’s first facility in the state of Washington and 66th location across the country.

The full-service travel plaza offers 10 truck fueling lanes, Exxon gasoline and RV fueling. The complex also includes a five-bay Petro:Lube Truck Service Center for preventive maintenance, tire sales and service and emergency repair.

The site has parking for 200 trucks and offers driver amenities such as 11 private showers, laundry facilities, a video arcade and a television lounge. Dining options include an Iron Skillet Restaurant, a Subway sandwich shop and a variety of hot and cold snacks in the Travel Store.
