Continental Tire North America has introduced its General S371 all-position truck tire to the North American market. The S371, which replaces the General S370, was developed for regional haul on/off road use, and features a 20/32-inch tread depth with a cut- and chip-resistant compound designed for longer tread life and superior on-highway mileage, as well as enhanced resistance to cuts and tears from off-road use.

The S371 carries a premium load range H casing and stone ejectors in all tread grooves, which reduces stone retention and also contributes to longer life and multiple retreads, according to Continental. The tire also features the company’s Visual Alignment Indicators on the shoulder ribs, designed to permit users to visually identify tire tracking irregularities within the first 5/32-inch of tire wear.

The General S371 is available in sizes 11R22.5, 11R24.5, 285/75R24.5 and 295/75R22.5. For more information, go to www.generaltiretruck.com.
