Maverick Transportation has announced the recipients of the 3rd quarter Driver of the Month award for 2006. They include July Driver of the Month Scott Shy of Hornersville, Mo., August Driver of the Month Chris Foster of Hot Springs Village, Ark., and September Driver of the Month Keith Graham of Statesville, N.C.
Every month Maverick recognizes a driver from the company’s fleet who takes pride in his profession and the company, employs safety and maintains Maverick standards in all he does. Maverick says these three Drivers of the Month are leaders in the company’s fleet, and all have received numerous safety awards and company honors from the Arkansas-based flatbed carrier.
As a Driver of the Month, each recipient also will represent Maverick drivers on the company’s Driver Advisory Council. Employees will choose among the 12 Drivers of the Month for the 2006 Driver of the Year.
