Peterbilt’s new Preferred Card rewards loyal customers with numerous discounts on parts and services, Peterbilt Motors Co. recently announced. The Preferred Card – available at participating Peterbilt dealerships throughout North America – features discounts from more than 30 brand-name manufacturers, as well as select service work performed at Peterbilt dealerships.
“The Peterbilt Preferred Card is a first for our industry, and we’re pleased to offer it to our customers,” says Scott Pearson, assistant general manager of sales and marketing for Denton, Texas-based Peterbilt. “It is available to both fleets and owner-operators and can result in significant aftermarket savings. Additionally, many of the discounts offer multiple or unlimited redemption.”
Customers can manage their Preferred Card account online with access to profile information, program updates, available discounts and purchase and savings history. Customer service is available through the website or by calling (888) 722-8606. The Preferred Card can be purchased at participating Peterbilt dealerships, and cards can be registered at the dealership or at www.peterbiltpreferred.com. Customers have the option to provide an e-mail address during registration that unlocks a selection of bonus offers and also allows for communication of program updates and special promotions.
