Eldridge named marketing director, Hendrickson Auxiliary Axle Systems

Robert “Rob” Eldridge has assumed duties as director of marketing for Hendrickson Auxiliary Axle Systems, responsible for both the truck and trailer OEM market segments, customer service, marketing, advertising, trade shows, pricing, budgets and strategic business planning. Eldridge brings a strong background in truck suspension systems, says Mike Keeler, vice president and general manager of the Hebron, Ohio-based company.

Eldridge returns to Hendrickson after serving 11 years with The Holland Group and Holland USA of Holland, Mich., in various marketing and sales positions, most recently with national accounts as national fleet sales manager. With Hendrickson from 1990 to 1995, Eldridge held the posts of truck OEM account manager for the Ford and GM accounts and trailer OEM account manager for the Northeast region. Prior to joining Hendrickson, he served in marketing and sales management positions with Marmon Heavy Truck of Garland, Texas, and Southern Management Systems, formerly a Rockwell distributor, in Memphis, Tenn.

Eldridge is a certified member of the Professional Pricing Society, and he previously served on the suspension subcommittee of the Society of Automotive Engineers; as an associate member of the American Trucking Associations Technology and Maintenance Council; and as a member of American Management Association.
