Volvo Trucks North America recently named its U.S. and Canadian dealers of the year and recognized other dealers for their performance in Volvo truck, parts and engine sales.
Chicago Truck Sales & Service Inc., based in Alsip, Ill., was named the U.S. Dealer of the Year and North American Parts Dealer of the Year; while Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group, based in Surrey, British Columbia, was named the Canadian Dealer of the Year. The two were selected for the awards based on new truck sales, parts sales, financial performance and customer satisfaction scores, among other factors.
Truck Enterprises Hagerstown Inc. in Hagerstown, Md., was honored for New Truck Sales and Volvo Power Sales; while TEC Equipment in Sparks, Nev., was named the Used Truck Dealer of the Year.
In addition, Volvo chose Regional Parts Dealers of the Year from each of its four U.S. sales regions and Canada: Bruckner Truck Sales Inc. in Amarillo, Texas; Chicago Truck Sales & Service Inc. in Alsip; Gabrielli Truck Sales of Connecticut LLC in Hartford, Conn.; Worldwide Equipment of Chattanooga, Tenn.; and Nortux Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
