Arsenault Associates, a provider of Dossier fleet maintenance management software and related technology solutions, has announced that David L. Reed has joined the company as fleet management consultant. Reed, who has more than 20 years of fleet maintenance and technology experience, will help Arsenault customers with their Dossier software system implementation.
Reed has been a shop manager, fleet manager and director of maintenance for both commercial and private fleets. As vice president of garage operations for Allied Automotive Group, the largest new-car carrier in North America, Reed oversaw a staff of 450 mechanics and 70 managers and supervisors. Most recently, Reed worked for Continental Datagraphics (CDG) of Cypress, Calif. — the Boeing business unit that directed the TMC FleetPortal project for the Technology & Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Associations. Reed led FleetPortal sales and training in the eastern United States.
