TNT Logistics has announced that it has changed its name to Ceva Logistics. Ceva unveiled its new corporate identity today, Dec. 12, and said it immediately will begin doing business under the new brand in 26 countries.
The Jacksonville, Fla.-based company was sold by Dutch parent TNT NV earlier this year to U.S. private equity fund Apollo Management for $1.9 billion. Ceva, which has annual revenue of about $4.6 billion, employs about 38,000 people worldwide.
