For the second consecutive year, Budget Truck and Auto has received the distinguished AutocheX Premier Achiever Award for outstanding customer satisfaction. AutocheX, a provider of customer satisfaction measurement and performance management solutions to the collision repair industry, presented the award in conjunction with the International Autobody Congress and Exposition.

The Premier Achiever Award recognizes the company as a collision repair facility that has consistently demonstrated its commitment to customer satisfaction by providing superior services in 2006 — well above the norm in its market segment or region, according to Budget Truck and Auto. The company says it is one of only 400 collision repair shops in North America to receive this award.

Budget Truck and Auto recently purchased the Gold Medallion Collision Repair Systems Centurion Frame Machine. The machine measures a giant 63 feet long by 10 feet, six inches wide. Budget Truck and Auto says it is the only large vehicles collision repair firm in the Midwest to own this heavy-duty frame straightening device.

Budget Truck and Auto’s 45,000-square-foot facility is located in Janesville, Wis. For more than 30 years, the family-owned-and-operated company has been providing collision repair, fire restoration, custom and factory painting, and fleet services for trucks, buses, autos, RVs, fleet vehicles and construction equipment.
