Washington DOL to include actions on driving records

The Washington Department of Licensing has announced that all commercial and employment driving records now contain departmental actions. This means that a disqualification for things like positive DOT tests now will be available to carriers, who no longer will have to ask prospective employees to provide a copy of the “complete” record.
