Innovative Computing Corp., a provider of enterprise software and services to truckload carriers, recently announced a restructuring of the Innovative sales and marketing team, including the promotion of JoAnne Williams to vice president of sales.
Williams brings to Innovative her experience as the president and owner of a successful and growing manufacturing company in the Southeast. Williams will oversee the continued growth and development of Innovative’s sales and marketing team and will be strategically responsible for the enhancement of Innovative’s partner program and Innovative’s approach to customer relationship management.
With Williams’ promotion, Innovative also has made several changes within the sales and marketing team, including the promotion of Innovative veteran Marla Grant to director of sales. Grant’s new responsibilities will include sales engineering, corporate sales planning and management of Innovative’s partner program.
Innovative’s existing director of communications, Jennifer McQuiston, was promoted to director of marketing. In this role, McQuiston will promote Innovative’s corporate image through extended media and trade presence aimed at greater customer and industry awareness of the strength of Innovative’s offerings.
Complimenting this move is the hire of Pat Brennan as product manager of LoadCentral and Innovative’s Logistics module. Brennan brings more than 10 years of serving the trucking industry and will focus on special projects, including Innovative’s integrated load tendering and matching system, LoadCentral.
Innovative’s existing sales team also has been enhanced through the hire of Kim Herrera as national account manager and through a realignment of Innovative’s existing territories. Herrera brings with her more than 10 years of experience in sales and relationship management and will focus on the Northeast.
