CTL Transportation has announced that Harvey James — a tank wash technician at the company’s headquarters in Mulberry, Fla. — is the winner of the February 2007 Bull Dog Award, which is presented to acknowledge an employee’s character, integrity, performance or improvement in performance. The award is the most prestigious honor recognized at CTL.

James, who has been with the phosphate hauler since July 1993, earned this month’s Bull Dog Award on the many nominations received from his co-workers. In more than 13 years at CTL, James not only has proven himself to be a knowledgeable “can-do-it-all” professional, but also a great person and friend to many, says Buddy Collins, his supervisor.

“He is well-liked by everyone, he is polite to all and dedicated to his job and company,” Collins says. “Harvey is a great person, and I am proud to have him both as a co-worker and as a true friend.”
