Utility Trailer Sales Southeast Texas Inc. is preparing to open a new facility in Pharr, Texas. The 57,000-square-foot facility stands on 18 acres of land and has an 8,700-square-foot concrete slab ready for future growth as soon as needed. The Pharr facility joins the company’s other locations in Houston and San Antonio.
The parts department will offer an extensive inventory of truck and trailer parts within its 12,500 square feet. The service department will feature 14 shop bays that will help minimize downtime.
Also included in the new facility is one straightening bay, 23 offices, a large conference room and an employee lunch room.
