CTL Transportation recently named Ray Hysel as its March 2007 Bull Dog Award winner. Hysel, who has been with CTL since 1986, has driven accident-free for his entire 21 years at the Mulberry, Fla.-based phosphate hauler.
In December 2003, when CTL began offering an “in-house” CDL training program, Hysel was offered and accepted the lead trainer position in the program. Through the CTL program, he was responsible for the training that produced more than 300 CDL graduates.
