Central Hauling Co. driver Randy Thomas of Jackson, Miss., recently won the company’s bi-yearly referral contest, receiving a truck for his efforts. Tom Bartholomew, owner of Central Hauling and sister company CalArk International, presented Thomas with the keys to the truck on April 17.
Central Hauling and CalArk, both based in Mabelvale, Ark., provide this referral contest for its drivers twice a year. The driver with the highest number of hired referrals at the end of each six-month period is presented with a truck. Thomas surpassed all other drivers in recruiting.
