FastPic Systems adds round-the-clock technical support

FastPic Systems has introduced optional 24 hour per day, seven day per week emergency technical support for its full line of inventory management software products used in vehicle part storage and retrieval applications.

Calls for technical support will be handled by its national call center, which will then dispatch a FastPic software technician who will handle the issue.

FastPic Systems provides all users with complete technical product support at no charge during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, as part of the software licensing agreement.

“Optional emergency technical support should be a consideration for those vehicle part organizations that have mission critical, around-the-clock operations and can’t afford to have their storage and retrieval system out-of-operation for any length of time due to a software issue,” said Doug Card, Director, FastPic Systems.
