Drug, alcohol testing rates unchanged for ’08

The Department of Transportation has announced the 2008 random drug and alcohol testing rates for the various modes of transportation.

The rates for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration will remain at 50 percent for drugs, and 10 percent for alcohol.
