J.J. Keller announces new hires

J.J. Keller & Associates, a Neenah. Wis.-based provider of risk and regulatory management products, recently announced the additions of five new employees:

  • Monica Legere was named a regional account executive serving the Southeast region, specifically the North Carolina and Virginia markets. Legere, based in Raleigh, N.C., is responsible for identifying and consulting with prospective customers on the company’s driver and vehicle compliance management services. She will be involved throughout the customer development process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and transition to the client service staff. For the past 16 years, Legere has worked with Ryder Systems in a variety of sales-related roles, most recently as a senior business development manager.
  • Rich Schoelkopf was hired as a regional account executive serving the Southeast region, specifically the Florida market. Schoelkopf, based in Orange Park, Fla., is responsible for identifying and consulting with prospective customers on the company’s driver and vehicle compliance management services. He will be involved throughout the customer development process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and transition to the company’s client service staff. For the past 14 years, Schoelkopf has held various sales and operations positions with Bandag Inc., most recently as a district sales manager. Prior to that, he worked for Campbell Soup Co.
  • Jill Szamocki was named editorial manager for human resources (publications), responsible for managing the human resources publishing department and serving as the primary editorial liaison for cross-functional teams in the human resources market. Szamocki brings more than 20 years of progressive strategic and leadership experience in human resource management. Most recently, she worked with Integrys Energy Group, where she developed and implemented comprehensive HR strategies for business units. Prior to that, she was an employee relations manager with Georgia-Pacific Corp. and a human resources manager with Western Publishing Co. Szamocki also worked for Micros Systems, a Westinghouse subsidiary that developed point-of-sale electronics, and held several specialized HR positions with Exxon Mobil Corp.
  • Eric Schmidli has joined the publications and products sales staff as a new/unassigned accounts sales manager. Schmidli will manage the activities of the staff in order to drive new non-deferred product revenue in newly acquired and unassigned customer accounts. Schmidli has spent the past seven years at West Business Services, most recently as site director of client operations. Prior to that, he held a sales position at 7-Up/All-American Bottling.
  • Kristine Moe has joined the marketing staff as a senior promotional planner. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing programs that support the publications business and print-deferred subscriptions. Moe has more than 14 years of marketing experience; most recently, she was a senior account executive and partner at the Weidert Group. Prior to that, she was an account manager for Marketlink.
