Srikanth Padmanabhan, managing director of Cummins Generator Technologies for the past four years, has been selected to head Cummins Emission Solutions and has been named a vice president of Cummins Inc., the company announced Jan. 8.
Cummins Emission Solutions, created in 2002, is one of four businesses operating within the company’s Components Group. Padmanabhan will assume his new role on Jan. 15 and will be based in Columbus, Ind. His successor at Cummins Generator Technologies will be named in the near future.
During his 17 years with Cummins, Srikanth, 43, has served in a variety of leadership positions in addition to his current role, including country manager of Cummins Filtration Mexico and plant manager at the Cummins Filtration plant in Cookeville, Tenn. He also has held a number of management roles within the Cummins Fuel Systems business in Columbus.
