Haldex Commercial Vehicle Systems recently updated its Like Nu Remanufactured Core Identification Chart, which the company says helps counter personnel identify products and determine the correct core group.
With more than 2,000 part numbers, the core identification chart includes product photos, product weight, part number and core group numbers for all remanufactured products. Clutch, compressors, power steering, water pumps, starters/alternators and valve core groups are included in the chart.
To obtain the updated wall chart, contact a Haldex distributor or call Haldex Customer Service at 800-643-2374 and order L60060. The Kansas City, Mo.-based company recently installed a fully integrated phone system to route customer calls directly to the representative assigned to the account.
In the event the account representative is not available, the customer information will be available instantly to the representative who is handling the call to allow the representative to fulfill customer requests quickly, according to Haldex.
