Werner Enterprises has announced that Daniel H. Cushman’s employment as senior executive vice president and chief marketing officer ended on Jan. 15.
Cushman’s employment with several of the company’s subsidiaries also ended on that date, according to a Form 8-K filed by the carrier with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, Jan. 18.
According to the form, Werner is not seeking a replacement for Cushman. The Omaha, Neb.-based company told the SEC it has reorganized its sales and marketing departments, and that Cushman’s responsibilities were assigned to other senior personnel in those departments.
