The Dossier User Group announced Wednesday, Feb. 13, that it will hold its annual meeting this year on April 30 and May 1 at Harrah’s Las Vegas. The Dossier Users Group is an independent organization of fleet professionals whose common interest is their use of Dossier maintenance management software from Burlington, N.J.-based Arsenault Associates.

The 2008 meeting marks two major changes for the Dossier User Group – location and time of year. Since its first meeting in 1988, the group has met in Atlantic City, N.J., and always in the fall. “At our last meeting, which was our largest ever, we polled Dossier users on their preferences,” says Andrea Harper, Dossier User Group secretary. “It was clear that a large majority wanted to meet in the spring rather than the fall, and that the location should be more convenient for people around the country.”

Speakers and a detailed meeting agenda will be announced at a later date. Meanwhile, Harper says that the 20th annual meeting will feature hands-on training to help attendees use Dossier software most effectively; they also will get a sneak preview of what’s ahead in Version 5.0, now in Alpha format, as well as the opportunity to meet directly with Dossier’s technical development team and company management.

“Members represent a broad range of large and small fleets, many diverse industries and job titles,” says Charles Arsenault, chief executive officer of Arsenault Associates. “This is a no-nonsense meeting for professionals who operate and maintain tens of thousands of vehicles. Dossier continues to evolve, and each version has new content and enhancements developed in direct response to requests by these fleet professionals and customers across the nation.”

All Dossier users, whether active user group members or not, are invited. For an attendance registration form or to learn more about the Users Group, go to www.arsenault.biz, call Harper at 800-525-5256 or e-mail [email protected].
